The Conifers belongs to the VisitBritain [enjoy England] quality scheme and is inspected annually by Visit Britain representatives. The Conifers joined the then English Tourism's Council scheme in 2003 for self-catering properties and was assessed as Four Star and is proud to still maintain this quality grading to this date.

We are also within easy drive distances of attractions in Nottinghamshire [with Sherwood Forest, home of the legendary Robin Hood and home of the major Oak], North Lincolnshire, Derbyshire [famous for Bakewell and it's National Park] and South Yorkshire.

Don't be put off by the phrase self-catering, many people think they will have to bring their own bed-linen, towels and the likes. Stop, think again! We provide bed-linen [the bed will even be made up too], towels, tea towels, cleaning materials are all provided. And just in case you forget some of your toiletries', there is a small range of items for you to use just in case you can't get to the shops. We even have have some tooth brushes for you to purchase, in case you forget that too!
